Fair play

Do not intentionally manipulate score submissions, automate gameplay to gain an unfair leaderboard advantage, interfere with the service, bypass technical restrictions, or attempt to access data that is not intended for you.

Availability

Games and platform features may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be removed. Scores, streaks, achievements, and other progression features are not guaranteed to be permanent.

Intellectual property

Catalyst Play branding, original game content, code, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to CatalystAi Solutions unless otherwise stated. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.

Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure and analytics providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Catalyst Play evolves. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
